The Supervisory Board for Compliance and Management of Hostile Acts aims to ensure that :

•   Smart Global Privacy® employees® adhere to the highest professional standards.
•   All acts hostile to Smart Global Privacy® and its teams, such as cybercrime, are treated with severity and speed.

Benoît Kandel

Ecole de Guerre (French War School), French Gendarmerie Officers School, Special Military Academy of
Saint-Cyr.

Currently, President of Galatyn Conseils (Security and Risk Prevention) and Councillor of the « Metropole of
Nice Cote d’Azur » in charge of civil security and risks management. From 2008 to 2013 First Deputy Mayor of
Nice, delegate for security. From 2007 to 2008, Technical advisor to the Minister of french Over Sea
Territories for safety, action at sea, criminal cases and risk management. From 2003 to 2007 Colonel, head
of Alpes Maritimes Gendarmerie.

Christian Prouteau

Ecole militaire interarmes (EMIA Military School), French Gendarmerie Officers School, Christian Prouteau created the elite unit of the gendarmerie nationale, the GIGN. Former prefect, and colonel of reserve gendarmerie.

Alexandre KROUTINSKY

Alexander has been an IT developer since the early age of 11. He dIscovered his first telecom network in
1982 (BBS, TELESYSTEM…). His first position was as a tutor at technological school, then he became
involved insetting up Payline for Experian. He also worked in Switzerland for Serono and the Public
Transport of Geneva, WTO (ONU) to investigate the security networks. He came back to France as head of
advisory board for ESIG and co-founded the Hackademy School (2002-2005) for the White Hats and to help
companies to secure their networks, then as Branch Director for Supinfo. In 2010, he founded Campus ID in
Sophia Antipolis, which is now recognized as one of the local leading specialist software development and IT
universities on French riviera. Alexandre is also a frequent IT columnist in Radio France (Franceinfo &
France bleu) and Azur TV. He graduated from the INRIA Institute (French National Research Institute of
Information Technologies and robotics) with a Masters in Computer Science (1991).

Georges Ataya

Managing Partner with ICT Control NV/SA a Brussels based firm involved with consulting and Management
advisory. Clients include various organisations in the public and private sector relying on ICT Control
Advisors to assist them in creating benefits, avoiding risks and improving the governance of Information
technology.

Academic Director of IT Management Education at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and management.
Professor at the Master in Management delivering Enterprise Consulting workshop since 2006 and in charge of
IT Governance from 2011.
Vice President cademic Director of IT Management Education at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and
management.

Past International Vice President of ISACA from 2006 to 2010, Past Chair of the External Relations Committee
and co-founder of the Value Governance framework and the VALIT publications, directing the International Web
project oversight, revamping COBIT and initiating the activities since 2002 of the IT Governance Institute.
Georges acted as President of the Belux/Belgium Chapter and served in the Benelux Chapter since 1986.

Judiciary expert since 1992. Founder of the Belgian Chamber of IT Expert witnesses, member of ABEX,
association of expert witness professionals in Belgium. Mediation in IT conflicts and member of the
Bmediation (Bmediation.be) CEPANI (cepani.be) and Centre de médiation and arbitrage de paris (cmap.fr).
